I’m Rebecca Rinnert — psychologist (MSc), certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, TRE® provider, and trauma-informed yoga teacher. I support people navigating trauma, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, and the desire to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful, embodied way.​​​​​​​
