Is TRE® safe for everyone?
TRE® is generally safe for most people. In cases of complex trauma, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or medical conditions, sessions are always adapted individually — with care and respect for your system's needs.
What if I don’t feel anything?
That’s okay. TRE® is not about forcing an outcome. Sometimes the body needs time to trust and allow release. Every experience is honored.
Do I have to talk about my trauma?
No. TRE® works directly with the body's stored tension. You never have to retell or even consciously remember difficult experiences for healing to happen.
